- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp with garlic, cilantro, paprika, cayenne, sea salt, black pepper, and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with the remaining olive oil. Sauté shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado and mix in salt and lime juice until creamy.
- Slice the cucumber into rings and spread avocado mixture on each slice. Top with a sautéed shrimp.
- Garnish with lime juice and chopped cilantro before serving.
