- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled cooked bacon, mayonnaise, sour cream, a dash of hot sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Slice a thin layer off the bottom of the bagels to create a flat base and hollow out the center carefully.
