Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the cores.
  3. Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish and dot with unsalted butter.
  4. Roast the pears in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Simmer fresh cranberries in a saucepan with honey until they begin to burst.
  6. Fill each pear half with goat cheese and top with the cranberry mixture.
  7. Drizzle honey over each pear.
  8. Garnish with ground cinnamon or fresh mint leaves before serving.
