  • ½ cup Greek yogurt Substitute with plant-based yogurt for vegan.
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Can be omitted or replaced.
For the Flavor
  • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips Optional for indulgence.
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter Can swap with almond or cashew butter.

Preparation Steps
  1. In a blender, add rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla protein powder. Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  2. Check the consistency and scrape down the sides. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
  3. Pour the mixture into four mason jars, filling each about three-quarters full.
  4. Add toppings like mini dark chocolate chips, fresh fruits, or a dollop of peanut butter to each jar.
  5. Seal each jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Enjoy cold straight from the jar or warm them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
