For the Citrus Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced strawberries, segmented orange, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
