Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients: whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Activate the dough: mix warm milk, melted butter, and warm water into the dry mixture.
  3. Add the egg and mix until fully integrated.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic for about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  6. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until smooth.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) about 15 minutes before the dough is done rising.
  8. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and spread the garlic mixture over it.
