- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles for 7 minutes, then drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, add onion, salt, seasoning, and pepper. Cook until onions are tender. Add garlic and beef, cooking until beef is browned.
- Mix in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
