  1. Prepare the Tofu: Carefully remove the silken tofu from its packaging and blot it with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a small skillet, combine the white parts of the scallions, minced garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili crisp. Heat and stir until bubbling, then simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Poach the Tofu (Optional): For warm tofu, gently lower it into simmering water and poach for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Plate and Serve: Drain the tofu, plate it, pour the sauce over, and garnish with sesame seeds and scallion greens.
