- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the wet mixture, then gradually add the all-purpose flour, stirring gently.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour half of the banana batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar over it.
- Add the remaining batter, cover with the rest of the cinnamon sugar, and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, then remove to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth, adjusting consistency as needed.
- Once cooled, drizzle the glaze over the bread and allow to set.
