Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the wet mixture, then gradually add the all-purpose flour, stirring gently.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the banana batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar over it.
  6. Add the remaining batter, cover with the rest of the cinnamon sugar, and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, then remove to a wire rack.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth, adjusting consistency as needed.
  10. Once cooled, drizzle the glaze over the bread and allow to set.
