  1. Prepare the garnishes by peeling and cubing the fresh mangoes. Set up bowls with chamoy and chile-lime salt.
  2. Blend fresh lime juice, frozen mango chunks, 2 cups of water, cane sugar, and ice cubes in a powerful blender until smooth.
  3. Dip the rims of the glasses into chamoy and then into chile-lime salt for an even coating.
  4. Drizzle chamoy inside the glasses, then pour in the blended mixture, layering with additional chamoy.
