Preparation Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and add the rotini pasta. Cook according to package instructions, typically 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Dice or shred grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces. Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken if preferred. Ensure chicken is at room temperature for optimal mixing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta, shredded chicken, and Caesar dressing. Gently fold until evenly coated.
- Carefully fold in chopped romaine lettuce and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Just before serving, sprinkle croutons on top. Optionally drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
