Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Dice the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces. Chop the romaine lettuce into thin strips.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta, diced grilled chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Fold gently to mix.
  4. Just before serving, add croutons and mix to distribute evenly.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container if preparing ahead. Add croutons just before serving.
