- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Dice the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces. Chop the romaine lettuce into thin strips.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta, diced grilled chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Fold gently to mix.
- Just before serving, add croutons and mix to distribute evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container if preparing ahead. Add croutons just before serving.
