Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Mushroom Chicken
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Introduce diced chicken into the pot and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
