  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional for extra flavor
  • 1 cup ice if using fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flaxseeds optional for added nutrition

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by peeling and chopping 2-3 ripe fresh peaches into small chunks. Gather your other ingredients—yogurt, almond milk, and sweeteners.
  2. In a blender, combine the prepared peaches, about 1 cup of yogurt, and 1 cup of almond milk. Add a tablespoon of maple syrup or agave and a splash of vanilla extract. If using fresh peaches, toss in a handful of ice.
  3. Blend all ingredients on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until smooth. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
  4. Taste your smoothie and add more sweetness if desired, blending briefly to incorporate.
  5. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses and garnish if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
