Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by chopping the broccoli into small pieces, ensuring they are toddler-friendly. Then, finely shred the carrots.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in your medium pot over medium heat. Add the chopped broccoli, shredded carrots, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1 cup of orzo and 3 cups of chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-high and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Once the orzo is cooked and has absorbed the liquid, reduce the heat to low. Stir in 4 ounces of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
