- Prepare twelve 4-oz glasses on a baking sheet and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bring about 5 cups of water to a boil in a kettle or large saucepan.
- Pour ¾ cup of boiling water over each flavored gelatin package and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Allow each gelatin mixture to cool at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
- Stir in ¼ cup of milk and ½ cup of vanilla yogurt into each bowl, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the first gelatin layer into the prepared glasses, filling them about one-third full. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Repeat the pouring process with the next gelatin flavors, refrigerating each layer for 15 minutes.
- Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
