  • 1/2 cup Flour or cornstarch for gluten-free
For the Coating
  • 1 large Egg beaten

  • spray Olive Oil Cooking Spray
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayo or light mayo
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
  • to taste tbsp Sriracha adjust based on heat preference

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. In a bowl, combine flour or cornstarch with salt and pepper. In another bowl, beat an egg.
  2. Coat the Shrimp: Dip each shrimp in the beaten egg, then coat with the flour mixture before laying them on a plate.
  3. Air Fry the Shrimp: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Spray the basket, place shrimp in a single layer, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Combine mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and adjust spice if needed.
  5. Combine & Serve: Toss cooked shrimp with bang bang sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds and serve immediately.
