  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the freshly cut fries with a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste, mixing well.
  3. Set your air fryer to preheat at 375°F (190°C). Once preheated, arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook the fries in the air fryer for 15-18 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through to promote even cooking.
  5. Transfer the hot fries to a serving bowl and sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan on top. Toss in chopped parsley and serve immediately.
