- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl with the chicken. Toss to coat and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease the basket.
- Arrange the marinated chicken bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket at the 7-minute mark. Ensure the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken bites from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges or dipping sauce.
