Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and massage it evenly across each thigh.
  5. Place the thighs skin-side up on the baking sheet with space between each piece.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
