Preparation Steps
  1. Press Tofu: Wrap the tofu in paper towels, place on a plate, and weigh it down for 30 to 60 minutes.
  2. Prepare Tofu: Cut the well-pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Coat with Cornstarch: Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  4. Prepare Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  5. Fry Tofu: Heat cooking oil in a skillet, fry coated tofu in batches for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Combine Tofu and Sauce: Pour sauce over fried tofu and toss for 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve.
