Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped dill pickles, and garlic powder. If using, add breadcrumbs too and mix thoroughly.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls about the size of a tablespoon and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in between.
