  3. Set up a three-bowl breading station: one with flour, one with eggs and mustard, and one with crushed pretzels.
  4. Coat the chicken first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the crushed pretzels.
  5. Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. In a saucepan, combine milk, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and smooth.
