- In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, lightly beaten egg, chopped parsley, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well incorporated.

- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a tablespoon, and place onto the prepared baking sheet.

- Bake for 12-15 minutes until firm to the touch and golden brown.

- While baking, prepare the avocado sauce by blending avocado, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, and seasoning until smooth.

- Serve warm drizzled with the creamy avocado sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
