  5. In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, zest, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper over medium heat, stirring until it simmers.
  6. To thicken the glaze, mix equal parts cornstarch and water and stir into the saucepan, cooking until glossy.
  7. Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a bowl, pour the glaze over, and toss until coated. Serve immediately.
