  • 1 each lime juice brightens and balances flavors
  • 1 each lime zest
  • water add gradually to reach a smooth consistency

Step-by-Step Instructions for Crunch Salad with Sesame Cashew
  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together cashew butter, sesame oil, lime juice, and a splash of water until creamy and well-combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine edamame, red cabbage, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, fresh herbs, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pour half of the prepared dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat evenly. Reserve the remaining dressing in the fridge.
