  • 2 whole English Cucumbers Thinly sliced or spiralized
  • 2 cups Tomatoes Chopped into small pieces
  • 6 slices Bacon Cooked until crispy, crumbled
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Substitute with Greek yogurt if desired
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Dressing Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and ranch seasoning. Stir vigorously until smooth.
Cucumber Preparation

Tomato Preparation
  1. Wash and dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Drain excess liquid if necessary.
Combining Ingredients
