- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C). Alternatively, use a dehydrator or air fryer.
- Wash and dry the cucumbers thoroughly. Slice them thinly to about 1/8 inch in thickness.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add cucumber slices to the ranch buttermilk mixture, tossing gently to coat. Marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer.
- Lightly coat the tops of the cucumber slices with olive oil using a brush or cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely on the baking sheet before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs.
