Ingredients

For the Cucumber Chips
  • 2 medium Cucumbers Use firm cucumbers for best crunch; Persian cucumbers offer a sweet twist.
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk Adds flavor and helps the seasoning stick.
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Feel free to create your own blend using dried herbs and spices.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Provides extra crispiness; can be replaced with cooking spray for a lighter option.
For Extra Flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Enhances the overall taste; fresh minced garlic can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adds depth; consider using smoked paprika for a twist.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste depending on dietary needs.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Provides a little kick; cayenne pepper can be added for heat.

  6. Lightly coat the tops of the cucumber slices with olive oil using a brush or cooking spray.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  8. Cool completely on the baking sheet before serving. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs.
