Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Wash the cucumbers, halve them lengthwise, and slice into thin half-moons. Set aside in a large bowl.
  3. Finely slice the red onion and chop the fresh dill. Add these to the bowl with the cucumbers.
  4. Pour the creamy dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss until well coated.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if necessary. Let it chill for at least 10 minutes.
