Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
