Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp, cooking for 3-4 minutes until pink, then mix in crab meat, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan, one cup of mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Layer noodles, half of the cheese mixture, half of the seafood filling, and a drizzle of Alfredo sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining Alfredo sauce.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve.
