- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp, cooking for 3-4 minutes until pink, then mix in crab meat, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan, one cup of mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Layer noodles, half of the cheese mixture, half of the seafood filling, and a drizzle of Alfredo sauce. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and remaining Alfredo sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve.
