  • 2 tablespoons Scallions Chives can be used instead.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and lay cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. For the Buffalo Chicken, combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, and ranch dressing, then spread over baguette halves.
  4. For the Caramelized Shallots pizza, sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil, then layer ingredients on baguette.
  5. For the Pepperoni 2.0 pizza, blend canned tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and optional anchovy for sauce, then spread on baguette.
  6. Top assembled pizzas with mozzarella and pepperoni, then bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Garnish with scallions or cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
