Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice your baguette in half lengthwise.
  3. Mix shredded rotisserie chicken with buffalo hot sauce. Spread ranch on baguette halves and top with buffalo chicken, mozzarella, and blue cheese.
  4. Heat olive oil and sauté shallots and garlic. Layer ricotta on baguette halves, followed by caramelized shallots, goat cheese, and honey.
  5. Blend canned tomatoes, garlic, and anchovies for sauce. Spread over baguette halves, top with mozzarella and pepperoni.
