Baguette Pizza Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and lay cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- For the Buffalo Chicken pizza, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing, then spread on baguette halves.
- For the Caramelized Shallots pizza, sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil until caramelized, then layer on ricotta, shallots, and goat cheese.
- For the Pepperoni pizza, blend the tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and optional anchovies to create a sauce, then spread on baguette halves and top with cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake the assembled pizzas for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
- Garnish with scallions or cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
