  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing Healthier version can be used.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Fresh mozzarella for gourmet touch.
  • 1/4 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese Feta or goat cheese can substitute.
  • 1/4 cup Scallions Chives can be used as substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro Skip if not preferred.
Caramelized Shallots, Goat Cheese, and Honey Baguette Pizza
  • 2 medium Shallots Onions can be substituted.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin is best.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Adjust amount for preference.
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Ricotta Cottage cheese is a lighter option.
  • 1/2 cup Goat Cheese Cream cheese could substitute.

Pepperoni 2.0 Pizza
  • 1 can Canned Whole Peeled Tomatoes Fresh tomatoes can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano Dried oregano can substitute.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh or powdered variants work.
  • 2 fillets Anchovy Fillets Omit for vegetarian option.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Provolone is an option.
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni Turkey or veggie alternatives are available.

Method
 

Baguette Pizza Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and lay cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. For the Buffalo Chicken pizza, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing, then spread on baguette halves.
  4. For the Caramelized Shallots pizza, sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil until caramelized, then layer on ricotta, shallots, and goat cheese.
  5. For the Pepperoni pizza, blend the tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and optional anchovies to create a sauce, then spread on baguette halves and top with cheese and pepperoni.
  6. Bake the assembled pizzas for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
  7. Garnish with scallions or cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
