Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg, then mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently, then fold in the diced apples.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
