Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- On a floured surface, unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- At the wide end of each triangle, place a spoonful of chicken filling and roll towards the pointed end, sealing carefully.
- Place the filled pillows on a baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the creamy sauce by combining heavy cream and grated Parmesan in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Once smooth, season the sauce to taste and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish baked pillows with the creamy sauce and fresh parsley before serving.
