Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Pat the cod fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the cod fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the skillet with broth and bring to a simmer.
