Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese, 8 ounces of fat-free cream cheese, 1 scoop of vanilla-flavored protein powder, and 2 tablespoons of sugar-free maple syrup. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. If making crusted jars, crush 6-8 graham crackers and mix with 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Press into the bottom of each jar.
  3. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture over the crust in each jar, filling them three-quarters full.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, add desired toppings of fresh fruits and blueberry or sugar-free jam.
