- Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or gas mark 6. Line a baking tray with parchment.
- In a small bowl, combine ground cinnamon and caster sugar.
- Unroll the puff pastry onto a floured surface and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly, leaving a 1 cm border.
- Brush the beaten egg over the exposed border, then roll the pastry into a cylinder.
- Cut the rolled pastry into 12 equal slices, approximately 2.5 cm thick.
- Brush the tops and sides of the rolled pastries with remaining beaten egg.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool on the tray for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Mix icing sugar with water and drizzle over the warm rolls.
