Preparation Steps
  1. Start by seasoning your chicken breasts generously with taco seasoning. Let them rest for about 15 minutes.
  2. Heat your grill over medium heat, then grill chicken for about 8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Grill corn until charred, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing kernels off the cob.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Cut corn tortillas into strips, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for about 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine romaine, chicken, green onions, tomatoes, black beans, corn, avocado, and cheese.
