- Lay a piece of plastic wrap flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the wrap.
- Take your slices of smoked salmon and overlap them, forming a rectangle approximately 10 x 6 inches.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream cheese evenly over the salmon.
- Sprinkle minced chives and lemon zest over the cream cheese, distributing evenly.
- Place the sliced avocado and cucumber neatly along one edge of the salmon.
- Using the plastic wrap, carefully lift and start rolling the salmon tightly over the filling.
- Place the wrapped roll into the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Once chilled, remove the roll from the freezer and unwrap it from the plastic. Slice into 12 even pieces.
