Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Lay a piece of plastic wrap flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the wrap.
  2. Take your slices of smoked salmon and overlap them, forming a rectangle approximately 10 x 6 inches.
  3. Spread a layer of whipped cream cheese evenly over the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle minced chives and lemon zest over the cream cheese, distributing evenly.
  5. Place the sliced avocado and cucumber neatly along one edge of the salmon.
  6. Using the plastic wrap, carefully lift and start rolling the salmon tightly over the filling.
  7. Place the wrapped roll into the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  8. Once chilled, remove the roll from the freezer and unwrap it from the plastic. Slice into 12 even pieces.
