  • 2-3 Green Onions includes green tops

  • 0.5 cup Almonds can substitute with cashews or sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Wonton Strips or crispy fried noodles
For the Dressing
  • 0.25 cup Asian Dressing bottled or homemade

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by shredding the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  2. Wash and thinly slice half a small head of red cabbage.
  3. Grate or julienne 1 medium-sized carrot and chop 2-3 green onions.
  4. Combine the shredded chicken, red cabbage, carrot, and green onions in a mixing bowl and toss gently.
  5. Drizzle the Asian dressing over the salad mixture and toss again to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle wonton strips and almonds over the top right before serving.
