Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Combine chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil, and cook marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and diced onion until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and sugar, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Return cooked chicken and stir in heavy cream.
  5. Add cayenne pepper, garam masala, curry powder, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
