- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until it's about 1/8 inch thick and cut into long strips, roughly 3 inches wide.
- Wash and thinly slice the apples, then soak them in water mixed with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Arrange the soaked apple slices overlapping along the longer edge of a pastry strip.
- Drizzle sweet jam over the apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Fold the bottom edge of the puff pastry strip to encase the apple slices and roll into a tight rose shape.
- Place the formed roses upright in a greased muffin tin.
