  • 2 pieces Pears Halved and sliced.
  • 4 cups Baby Arugula Fresh and peppery.
  • 4 oz Blue Cheese Crumble over salad.
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Base of the vinaigrette.
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Sweetness flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard Optional but recommended.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make the dressing by combining olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a jar. Shake well.
  2. Toast the walnuts in a medium frying pan over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until fragrant and golden brown.
  3. Slice the pears into thin pieces just before serving.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, add arugula and drizzle with the prepared dressing. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Top with sliced pears, crumbled blue cheese, and toasted walnuts before serving.
  6. Drizzle any remaining dressing over the salad before serving. Serve immediately.
