  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar adjust to taste
For the Creamy Base
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk or coconut cream for richer texture
For the Tapioca Pearls
  • 100 g Small Tapioca Pearls cooked until translucent
Optional Add-ins
  • 100 g Coconut Jellies (Nata de Coco) can use flavored jellies or fresh fruits

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend the strawberry mixture by combining diced strawberries, coconut milk, and granulated sugar until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook the tapioca pearls in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then off heat for another 10 until translucent.
  3. Drain and rinse the cooked tapioca pearls under cold water to remove excess starch.
  4. Combine the chilled strawberry mixture with additional diced strawberries and optional coconut jellies until mixed well.
  5. Spoon into dessert bowls, garnish as desired, and serve immediately for the best experience.
