For Serving (Optional)
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries Strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries.
  • a few Mint Leaves Use as a garnish.

Equipment

  • blender
  • Freezer-safe container

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing and slicing your fresh peaches, keeping the skins if desired. If using frozen peach slices, there’s no need to thaw them.
  2. In the blender, add the prepared peaches, granulated sugar, cold water, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Blend all the ingredients together on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Once blended to a silky consistency, pour the sorbet mixture into a metal loaf pan or a freezer-safe container. Cover tightly if needed.
  4. Place the container in your freezer and allow the sorbet to freeze for at least 4 hours or until it is solid.
  5. When you’re ready to serve, remove it from the freezer. Let it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to slightly soften.
  6. Use a scoop or spoon to serve the sorbet into bowls and garnish with fresh berries or mint.
