Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 13x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Pulse together graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over the crust.
  4. Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until it boils, then add pecans and vanilla.
  5. Drizzle pecan topping over the cheesecake layer and bake for about 35 minutes until set with a slight jiggle.
