Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 13x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pulse together graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over the crust.
- Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until it boils, then add pecans and vanilla.
- Drizzle pecan topping over the cheesecake layer and bake for about 35 minutes until set with a slight jiggle.
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
