- Soft-boil the eggs by bringing a medium pot of water to a rolling boil, adding the eggs, and cooking for 6–7 minutes. Then transfer to an ice bath.
- Prepare the broth by heating 4 cups of chicken broth in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add 12 frozen dumplings to the simmering broth and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring gently.
- Stir in 2 packages of instant ramen noodles and cook for 2–3 minutes until tender.
- Add 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves and stir until wilted, about 1–2 minutes.
- Serve by dividing noodles, dumplings, and spinach into bowls, ladling broth over, and garnishing with eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
