Cooking Instructions
  1. Soft-boil the eggs by bringing a medium pot of water to a rolling boil, adding the eggs, and cooking for 6–7 minutes. Then transfer to an ice bath.
  2. Prepare the broth by heating 4 cups of chicken broth in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Add 12 frozen dumplings to the simmering broth and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring gently.
  4. Stir in 2 packages of instant ramen noodles and cook for 2–3 minutes until tender.
  5. Add 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves and stir until wilted, about 1–2 minutes.
  6. Serve by dividing noodles, dumplings, and spinach into bowls, ladling broth over, and garnishing with eggs, green onions, and sesame seeds.
