  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a cast iron skillet inside to heat up.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and vanilla extract until just combined.
  3. Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and add the melted butter, swirling to coat the bottom.
  4. Pour the batter into the skillet and return to the oven.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Slice and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
